Listen to all five VOs — same body + CTA, different openings.
Create one main visual edit based on the first VO; make it flexible for all hooks.
Duplicate timeline ×4 (total 5) — one for each hook variation.
Replace each VO and adjust or edit the opening part for smooth timing with each hook.
Add captions, music, and final touches for consistent pacing and polish.
Export all five videos — this equals one Batch. Use the same naming for VO + video:

🟠 SECTION 6 — Video Editor Payment Structure

Video Editor Payment Structure

Editors typically earn between ₦70,000 – ₦120,000+ monthly depending on productivity, creativity, and quality. Higher-quality edits increase your chances of performance bonuses and the monthly Winning Creative reward.

Base Pay

₦60,000 per month for up to 10 approved batches (minimum expected output). Includes standard working hours, active participation in projects, and collaboration with the editing team.

🏆 Winning Creative Bonus

₦5,000 – ₦30,000 (decided by your supervisor). Awarded monthly if your creatives collectively outperform average targets in Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Cost Per Purchase (CPP).

📋 Rules & Eligibility

Only approved batches count toward monthly totals.
Rejected or unusable batches do not count.
Deadlines and quality standards must be met to qualify for bonuses.
