ποΈ Voice-Over Workspace
All project files are managed inside your Voice-Over Workspace folder on Google Drive.
This is where you will find your assigned scripts, reference voice-overs, training materials, payment notes, and folders for uploading your completed voice recordings.
Project Structure
Your workspace is organized under your own name folder. Inside your folder, you will see separate folders for scripts, recordings, reference voice-overs, training materials, and payment notes.

Assigned Scripts is where you check your script documents. Recordings is where you upload your finished edited voice-over files. Reference VOs contains sample voice-overs. SOP & Training contains training materials. Notes & Payments contains payment-related notes or records.
Inside Assigned Scripts & Recordings
Each product has its own folder under both Assigned Scripts and Recordings. The script assignment is usually one document per Batch, such as Portable_B001 or BurnFat_B003. The finished audio files should be uploaded inside the matching Batch folder under Recordings.

πΉ How It Works
A Batch represents one complete set of voice-over tasks assigned to you at a time. Each Batch contains 1 main ad script and may include 0 to 10 extra hook variations, depending on the project.
The complete main voice-over should be submitted as Hook 1 because it already includes the first hook, the body, and the CTA.
For extra hook variations, you do not need to record the full voice-over again if the body and CTA are the same. Record and submit only the extra hook audio as separate files, starting from Hook 2, Hook 3, Hook 4, and so on. Keep your tone, energy, and pacing consistent across all hooks.
The video editor will handle combining each approved extra hook variation with the main body and CTA during video editing.
Example: Submit Hook 1 as the complete main voice-over, then submit Hook 2, Hook 3, Hook 4, etc. as separate hook-only files if extra hooks are assigned.
All submitted audio files must be properly edited before submission. Do not submit rough, unfinished, or poorly edited recordings for the video editor to fix.
Before submitting, make sure every file is clean, clear, properly trimmed, correctly named, and free from errors, mistakes, background noise, long empty spaces, or any quality issues.
Export each file as MP3 (128 kbps or higher) and use this naming format:
MarketingAngle_BatchCode_Hook#.mp3
BurnFat_B003_Hook1.mp3
BurnFat_B003_Hook2.mp3
BurnFat_B003_Hook3.mp3
BurnFat_B003_Hook4.mp3
BurnFat_B003_Hook5.mp3
Upload & Notify
Upload the complete main voice-over file and all extra hook files inside the correct Batch folder under Recordings. After uploading, notify the management on WhatsApp when ready for review.
